Walking talking therapy is the same as a one on one session in the clinic but we just take this outside.  In the Redlands there is an abundance of greenery, the peacefulness of creeks and wetlands, nature reserves with bush tracks, wildlife plus the great expanse of the bay. By taking the session outside we get to enjoy bird life, take in the scenery, and check off your exercise for the day.

There is the same measure of confidentiality, but the session is a little more relaxed. We can stop along the way, sit and enjoy the views or walk and talk, the pace is set by you.

Session fees are the same as individual clinic sessions, they commence from and return to clinic.

We need to have the initial seated consultation so I can get background details, social, emotional, medical, relationship and cultural history and then after that we can walk and your follow-up appointments of an hour.
