Description

Hell in a handbag covers a period of time where I commenced a 90 day challenge supported by counselling to address problem drinking. The journal chronicles how I coped, or didn’t cope during that period. If you know and love someone with addiction, no matter what kind, this might be helpful to understand what happens physically, mentally and emotionally.

This mini book, e-publication, novella or whatever you want to call it,  is pretty raw, and quite a bit swearish.  Due to the content, it’s not really recommended for young readers. Read this if you are ready, curious, or if you want to support someone you love kick a habit and replace it with a healthier one.

My experience was painful, uncomfortable, but completely life changing. I hope these pages may in some way, help others, going through difficulties in their lives.
